Full rewire carried out of this substantial property in Putney.
This house is split into two large flats and a common parts area.
The whole property has been rewired in just over 3 weeks by our team, this includes all external areas and new consumer units.
We have installed wiring for electric vehicle charge points, security lighting for the permitter of the property, fire alarm systems for both flats and the common parts, emergency lighting and high speed WIFI solutions and heating control wiring.
Also, we provided our making good service and filled all chases and any damage made by us, leaving it all ready for the decorators to pick up.
Our client was left to organise other aspects of the project while we just got on with it.
We also assisted with providing removal and storage solutions for the client’s property and rubbish disposal for all trades on-site, just to give our client a few less things to worry about.
